According to the recent message from the WhatsApp team, this feature is now available to all users. There you can open a search UI to query your stickers by their meaning.

How to test:
- Open WhatsApp conversation.
- Tap on the emoji icon on the left side of the text field.
- Switch to the stickers tab on the bottom.
- Tap on the search icon on the bottom left.
- Search for "hug" or any other reaction.
The feature was available to a lot of users previously as well.
