SpaceX AI is preparing to release Grok Bot 1.0.0, the first stable version of its autonomous AI agent. The build is already available for download, although it has not officially rolled out to users. An announcement could follow shortly, marking a major milestone for the company.

Meanwhile, we have spotted several additional features in development. One is Microsoft Teams integration, which would allow users to trigger their Grok Bots directly from Teams. Grok Bot already supports Slack and can use Teams messages to trigger routines, but the new functionality could provide more direct access to bots within Microsoft’s collaboration platform.

A dedicated Tasks tab is also being developed to provide an overview of ongoing processes outside the main chat interface. It could serve as a central control panel where users monitor active tasks, scheduled routines, and work delegated across multiple bots. This would be particularly useful for users orchestrating several agents simultaneously.

Perhaps the most interesting discovery is a new Texting tab in Settings. Although the tab currently contains only a label, a separate Messages section under computer settings includes permissions allowing Grok Bot to read and send text messages. This could point to future support for iMessage or potentially RCS, allowing users to communicate with their bots through native messaging apps on iOS and Android. There are no indications yet of dedicated WhatsApp or Telegram support through this functionality.

Early signs also suggest that Discord integration is being explored, although details about its implementation remain limited. No confirmed release timeline exists for any of these experimental features. Grok Bot 1.0.0, however, appears much closer to launch, and users interested in the major upgrade can already try the downloadable build ahead of its official announcement.
