In case if you missed it, Microsoft Office has some quick capture options and the Voice option was added there some time ago. This option is still marked as new to grab your early adopter attention.
#Microsoft Office has added a new Voice feature on its Android app. The new feature lets you voice capture and shares the link, while voice capturing there is an option to show the live text of what you are recording. Voice captures are stored in the cloud - #OneDrive. pic.twitter.com/vFrstljG2R

This option allows taking a voice note that can be played afterwards. At the same time, you can turn on active transcription so you will see your message in the text format. It may even work for native English speakers but otherwise, the quality may not be that satisfactory.
