If you didn't have this option before, now is a good time to check your Google Keep app again. More users should be able to see a prompt to use Keep as a provider for Assistant's "lists and notes" feature. It is not a new feature but previously this option wasn't available to many.
This integration will allow showing your keep notes right on the assistant screen. Apart from this, you can also ask the Assistant to read them aloud. In order for this to work, Google Assistant will take a screenshot of itself, recognise the text on the image and read it aloud. It doesn't sound like the most straightforward approach but it works.
