A new feature is being developed to allow users to export all their data. This feature will trigger a background task, sending your data via email with a 24-hour valid link. It is not yet publicly available but will appear in the settings menu under the account tab once it is.
This feature aims to help Claude comply with EU GDPR regulations, which require companies to provide a way for users to retrieve all the data collected about them. Handling these requests manually via email is not sustainable.
Anthropic is the company behind Claude, which provides access to Antrophic Cloud 3 models. In addition to the new data export feature, Claude’s web solution is constantly evolving. They are also working on a UI overhaul, which will introduce many new features and significantly improve the user experience.
